E. Howard & Co., Boston, Mass., "Street or Small Tower" timepiece movement, less pendulum and weight. No distribution, c1890
CONDITION:
the plexi glass dial is just for display and is broken. There is some rust and general grime throughout the movement that will need attention. Some green paint is chipped away; other areas re-painted. However pivots and bushings all seem fine and verge and escape wheel are not damaged. Had been set up on a stand for window display. [takes std meter pendulum with iron disc bob}. As found but will restore nicely. Ht 14"
